Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged or defective product on arrival

Expired product (if applicable)
Return window: Within 5 days of delivery
Non-returnable items: Opened or used products, perishable items, or items marked “non-returnable” on the product page.
Return Process
To request a return:

Email us at suditi.ent@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

Provide order ID, issue details, and clear photos (if damaged/defective).

After approval, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping.
Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer product exchanges. You may return an eligible item and place a new order.
